Earthjustice Action Ad Campaign Thanks U.S. Senators for Supporting Biden Nominee Lucy Koh

On December 14, Earthjustice Action launched an ad campaign to thank Senators Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ), Mark Kelly (D-AZ), and Alex Padilla (D-CA) for supporting President Biden’s nominee for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, Lucy Koh, who was confirmed on December 14 with a vote of 50-45.
