On January 21, Earthjustice Action launched an ad campaign to thank Senators Mark Kelly (D-AZ) and Alex Padilla (D-CA) for supporting President Biden’s nominee for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, Gabriel Sanchez, who was confirmed on January 20 with a vote of 48-40.
