Earthjustice Action Launches Digital Ad Campaign Urging Members of Congress to Oppose Permitting Side Deal

On September 1, Earthjustice Action, WE ACT 4 Change, and the Environmental Justice Health Alliance for Chemical Policy Reform launched a video ad campaign targeting Members of Congress in the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives urging them to oppose the inclusion of the permitting side deal in the continuing resolution. The permitting side deal includes harmful provisions that would mandate dirty fossil fuel projects like the Mountain Valley Pipeline and limit the participation of community voices in permitting processes.
