On December 20, Earthjustice Action launched an ad campaign to thank Senators Chuck Schumer (D-NY), Ron Wyden (D-OR), Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ), and Mark Kelly (D-AZ), for supporting President Biden’s nominee for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, Jennifer Sung, who was confirmed on December 15 with a vote of 50-49.
