On September 28, Earthjustice Action and Chispa National launched a digital ad campaign to urge Members of Congress to support funding for zero-emission school buses in the budget reconciliation package.
The ad campaign named these Members of Congress:
- Senator Carper (DE)
- Senator Padilla (CA)

- Rep. Pallone (NJ)
- Rep. Tonko (NY)
